The client occupied the building with their own business whilst the property was held within their SIPP. A valuation was required for the 5 yearly rent review whilst an update was required on the capital valuation.

Coverwood provided specialist probate valuation advice to negotiate a £200,000 inheritance tax saving for the client.
Following a period of marketing, Coverwood ran a competitive tender process resulting in the successful sale of the property for a value in excess of the clients expectations.
